Sommige bouw- of installatiedelen zijn niet expliciet door middel van inspectie op hun conditiescore te beoordelen. De conditiescore van het betreffende bouw- of installatiedeel kan worden bepaald met behulp van de verouderingskromme (figuur 7-1 2). De conditiescore wordt gemeten met de bedrijfsruimte huren amsterdam verhouding van de leeftijd ten opzichte van de gemiddelde technische levensduur van het bouw- of installatiedeel. Dit geldt alleen voor bouw- en installatiedelen die niet volgens de in de NEN 2767 omschreven inspectiemethode te beoordelen zijn. Het gebrek wordt – op basis van het meest negatief van toepassing zijnde risicoaspect – op risico ingeschaald. De risicoscore is af te lezen uit een risico-inventarisatiematrix ( zie tabel 7-11 en 7-12) en deze bepaalt wanneer er actie moet worden ondernomen. De NEN 2767 geeft een indicatie hoe een risico-inventarisatiematrix er uit zou kunnen zien (tabel 4-5). Bij PVM wordt echter een kantoorruimte huren centrum Eindhoven aangepaste versie gebruikt (tabel 7-10). De risico-inventarisatiematrix van PVM heeft als bijkomend voordeel dat hier tevens de wet- en regelgeving in opgenomen is (deze ontbreekt bij de NEN 2767).
