Het toekennen van een beoordelingscijfer aan een gegadigde op grond van de gestelde vragen bij de selectieprocedure is in een aantal gevallen de meest objectieve manier. Ten tweede zal de opdrachtgever trachten te achterhalen of de visie van 315 9.3.5 VASTGOEDMANAGEMENT het uitvoerende bedrijf aangaande de te behalen kwaliteiten overeenkomt met wat hijzelf voor ogen heeft. Anders gezegd: is in deze het bestek duidelijk?
